Courses/What?/Surf Gods (advanced to experts)
Course Aim For those brave enough or experienced enough to have already sailed in rough water or waves, this course is designed to transform you from an advanced windsurfer into a successful wave sailor, and make the locals at your beach turn their heads when they see your wave knowledge and skills in action- finding the sections to hit wave riding, blasting out effortlessly but aggressively over the white water as though it wasn't there, gliding through jumps and loops with confidence and control and demonstrating an experienced understanding of the waves that would otherwise take years to discover.
Having ridden waves all over the world and delivered hundreds of dedicated wave sailing courses to hundreds of guests, I am well aware of the key things that will improve you quickest, and top of that list is to install confidence so you can freely and radically go for it. This will come from the Damage Limitation sessions and all the wave theory that will turn wave sailing from a random pin ball style punishment into a controlled easy to understand tactical game, where with your raised technique and empowered confidence, you will be a grand master ripping and shredding the waves for real, no longer just in your dreams.
Course Content Wave sailing with INtuition Damage limitation (how to prevent injury or breaking kit), getting over waves, catching and riding waves, safe zones, jumping, game plan, stance, tuning, looping, tacking, upwind, acceleration and more.
